Team Leader

Collaborative Care Services is in search of a leader who possesses kindness and compassion to collaborate with a committed team of individuals responsible for providing care and support to young people. The Team Leader will assist the Deputy Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to children and young people. Additionally, the Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of support workers. The ideal candidate should either already possess a Diploma level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining it.
