Deputy Manager

We are searching for a compassionate and supportive candidate to lead and work with a dedicated team of people who provide care and support to children and young people. The Deputy Manager will collaborate with the Registered Manager in delivering quality support to children and young people. The nature of this role at Collaborative Care Services is such that the deputy spends some time working on shift and some time working from home in the office. Team leaders and support staff directly report to the deputy manager. The applicant should currently hold a level 3 or level 5 diploma or be willing to pursue one. The candidate should be experienced in supporting people with complex needs and experienced in line managing staff teams.
